Stopped by for the first time. Used the women's bathroom and it was filthy. Literally feces, blood and who knows what else in and around both toilets, splashed on stall walls, floor and walls. Trash was overflowing, sink was covered with unknown stains and splashes, faucet and handles dirty. I let the cashier know, she told a young lady in the back, who went to look. The young lady came out shaking her head and laughing and went back to the kitchen and did nothing.Can't tell you how the donuts were because Iwe couldn't get past the filthy bathroom and wondered if the kitchen was the same. Will not return. Management you definitely have to address the cleanliness in your west side location.

Bought some donuts and specifically told the cashier 3 times I am allergic to the red toppings and would only be able to have donuts without. She said she understood. Got home and they all had red toppings. Attempted to call the store they never answered.Dietary restrictions: They ignored my allergy after repeated warning/checking.

People, the workers do not care. They are rude and act all put out because you want to pick your overpriced doughnuts. Have you tried Sugar Llamas? They are small but delicious and the staff is so nice. You are not an inconvenience to them. Or, Winchells? I went to Hurts for the last time last night because of the way the young man acted, and picked my doughnuts, could not see what he was putting in my box. Gave me two wrong doughnuts. Change the oil. They taste like old burnt oil.

Love the glazed donuts, when they have them in stock. We're 1- 4 in being able to get them. Would love to have the option for a plan cake, but they don't have that either. They were out of creamer for the coffee, then ran out of coffee. It was 8AM. The staff was nice.

No oat milk, no almond milk, no coconut milk, no alternative milk, and not hot coffee available only iced. Just left and ordered nothing.

A few weeks ago, I took about 15 junior high students, there were two people working, let me tell you, they were polar opposites, Ethan helped us so much and he joked around with the students. He was fantastic! Thank you so much for that. Corbin, on the other hand, stood behind our group to “keep watch on the little rascals” and make sure we didn’t steal his tips, so rude! Other then that, literally the best time we’ve had there.

This place has gone downhill TREMENDOUSLY! I highly doubt they will even read this review but I hope they do.They have stopped caring, the donuts look like they have been sitting out for hours, the floors and tables are always dirty and the bathroom is so disgusting that I feel like I just got AIDS from it!They used to offer special donuts during Valentine's Day, fall, and Christmas but that's been done with for however long. There were no napkins in sight and they also just seem to have no hustle or care in the world.Also, we also go in the morning and if it looks like this in the morning then I would hate to see what it looks like later in the day since they are apparently open 25/8.There are other new donut spots open in Wichita so I think I'm done with Hurts because it's nothing but disappointment. How dare me for having standards for a place you consume food at lol
Customer service is trash. Donuts are hard as a rock the counters are dirty.

Got an apple fritter, it was huge but still about 75% doughy on the inside. I live about 95 miles north so can't really do anything about it but maybe try to cook it at home.
