They are NOT freaky fast.This JJ is fine in person, but delivery is always freaky-slow. I’ve ordered delivery twice- one time was 45 minutes, one time it was over an hour. I recently waited 25 minutes for a to-go order. It’s the normal quality of food for JJ, but very slow.
I'm not much of a sandwich person but figured I'd give this place a try. The service was super good, employees were friendly. The food was really not great at all though, in my opinion. Got the BLT and the bacon was rubbery and didn't even taste cooked, ended up cutting my gums from the bacon when eating it. Bread was really doughy and there really wasn't even that much in my sandwich. The side didn't have that much in it either. Seems like I paid too much for something not worth...read full review

Been going to this place almost daily for several years. Always order the same thing (#4 no tomato) and often they start making it for me as I walk in the door. The quality is extremely consistent and I have always found them to be very very friendly here.The last time I was there (last Wednesday) there was a new employee (new to me anyway) at the register, extremely friendly and helpful, and I think he got discombobulated a bit when the guy that knows me well made my sandwich...read full review
