They need to start answering the phones when people are calling to check on a order and it just straight to voice-mail

We go here frequently, and orders over the app are fine but be aware that we have had several phone orders get lost or get messed up (if they pick up at all).The wait time to get it remade (the most recent time) took a half hour or more. The manager was going to credit our gift card that we used by refunding the cost of one of the pizzas, and that didn't happen either. This place needs an overhaul on staffing and attention to detail.

Went there on Saturday evening. Was told at counter they weren,t taking any orders at this time?? I asked why,counterperson informed me they were just chilling for awhile. Omgosh i thought they were there to make pizza. My bad. Unbelievable.

We had a disappointing experience with Little Caesars. We attempted to cancel an online order immediately after placing it, but despite multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach them by phone (straight to voicemail), we were denied a full refund. The managers or staff we interacted with were rude and uncooperative, adding to the overall dissatisfaction with the situation we will never go to this location avoid avoid Avoid !! We feel ripped off for something they should take care of which is answering the calls another location did( btw ) but they said they dont affiliate with this location so figure it wasnt going to be a issue we were wrong ....Should of looked at the reviews first my mistake never again extremely disappointed.

I ordered bread sticks with sauce and they did not include on order. Had to get manger to look at receipt. Still tried to deny until I showed them the item on the receipt. The price is the same with it with out but I ordered with. What a hassle for the to do the right thing.

It's 7:45pm and I went to buy 3 pizzas and a cheese bread. They said they aren't making anymore pizzas for the night. Their hours show them closing at 10pm. This has happened twice now. Ridiculous.

My husband and I came in on Saturday, 9/30/2023 to get pizzas to go. There was one older gentleman in front of us , one gentleman waiting in a chair, and one guy walked in when we did, but his order was ready in the warmer. We stood there for about 10 minutes. There were two workers putting pizzas in boxes, the one that had a uniform on like she/he was the manager, turned to us and stated we are done, we are not taking any more orders and just stared at us. The older gentleman that was there before us, I think was confused of what just happened, so he stood there a minute, so she/he comes over to the counter and looked at us all and said... we are not taking any more orders. We left very angry and felt horrible for the older gentleman. What HORRIBLE customer service... are you not fast food? I wanted Little Caesars all day long, but Pizza Hut got our money and probably will from now on! I was very disappointed!
Never give you sauce with the pizza that requires it. Even says sauce on the receipt that is on my box but second time in a row with no sauce. Won't answer phones to ask about it.

This store does not wear gloves I've seen her wipe her nose and start putting cheese on my pizza then I asked her about it she said the temperature in the oven is over 500° and it Burns off anything that was on the pizza it's disgusting I told her I only want a beef and cheese I don't want no extra boogers toppings ewwwww nasty place

They're super slow they never have pizza ready talked about hot and ready they burn half the pizzas that come out and those crazy breads are crazy they don't even cut them straight they cut them literally all crazy and they be burnt they need to do better and need different

Each time I have been here it has gotten progressively worse. They used to have hot-n-ready pizza. That's mainly why I went quick, cheap and easy. Now when I go there, they have no pizzas ready and you are met with some of the worst customer service. Not only are you ignored but it seems as though the customers are a downright p.i.t.a for the employees. Too bad because like I said it used to be quick,cheap and easy. Now you're better off ordering online....from somewhere else.
