We go here frequently, and orders over the app are fine but be aware that we have had several phone orders get lost or get messed up (if they pick up at all).The wait time to get it remade (the most recent time) took a half hour or more. The manager was going to credit our gift card that we used by refunding the cost of one of the pizzas, and that didn't happen either. This place needs an overhaul on staffing and attention to detail.
Went there on Saturday evening. Was told at counter they weren,t taking any orders at this time?? I asked why,counterperson informed me they were just chilling for awhile. Omgosh i thought they were there to make pizza. My bad. Unbelievable.

My husband and I came in on Saturday, 9/30/2023 to get pizzas to go. There was one older gentleman in front of us , one gentleman waiting in a chair, and one guy walked in when we did, but his order was ready in the warmer. We stood there for about 10 minutes.
