The Finale was a fantastic sandwich filled with plenty of sliced angus beef and sliced oven roasted chicken. It was shared with two and I felt it was plenty. The creamy cranberry jalepeño sauce was a perfect sweet heat. It had a pastrami feel with a spin. The bread held the sauce and didn't get soggy before I finished. I hope to see this one again. Oh and to top it off, this was served on NYE at Central Standard Brewing.

Got the giant chicken/beef "Finale" sandwich at the pop up tonight at CSB. Delicious and filling, the bread was soft but crisp and the sandwich stayed together while I ate it (weird, but a definitely plus).

I got to eat their specialty burger at the farmers market and it was to DIE for. Such unique and tasty toppings, the meat was high quality and fresh and the people working the stand were super kind.❤️ highly recommend!
