Tasty and healthy pre-made meals to go!!! I'm so thrilled to have found NourishICT (and meet Jamelah!) Sometimes it can be difficult to cook for my family. Though I love doing it and enjoy the challenge in being crafty when it comes to having vegetarian kids and a husband who's a meat and potatoes guy (I'm in between). Nourish ICT offers a nice variety of meals weekly. They are all gluten free and made with high quality ingredients. I have been ordering weekly since February and haven't found a meal I didn't like. The owner Jamelah is wonderful to work with and genuinely cares about her customers. I truly appreciate having a meal service available to me that is gluten free, healthy, and delicious.
