“Went with a group of 8th grade boys, staff was very nice in helping make sure everyone got food. Everything tasted delicious, and arrived in a timely manner, and each boy ordered their own pizza. Only complaint not very many chairs, felt bad that our group of 6 took all the chairs.“
“I've always been a huge fan of pizza hut, I've never been in a pizza hut restaurant that was dirty less than comfortable. I'll never have a bad thing to say about pizza hut.Vegetarian options: They have a veggie pizza and also a salad bar for those who don't eat meat.Parking: They have plenty of upfront and close to the front door parking spots for the handicapped or those who have troubles walking on their own and need assistance.Kid-friendliness: They don't have a play area for the kids or anything like that but they do have a nice kids menu with plenty of items to keep the kids happy.Wheelchair accessibility: There are wheelchair ramps that are made into the sidewalk right near the handicapped parking spots.“
“This was a delivery:The management as well as the delivery driver was exceptional!Our order consisted of 2 medium pizzas, one pan 3-topping and the 2nd was a hand-tossed fiesta beef.Delivery time was 8 minutes early. The pan pizza was correct, but the 2nd was a hand-tossed beef, not the fiesta beef pizza. The driver was extremely genuine in her disappointment of delivering the wrong pizza, went back to the store where management made a very satisfying LARGE fiesta beef and was delivered back to us in 20 minutes.The inspiration behind this ranking is that the driver immediately offered two suggestions to either have the pizza re-delivered or have the 2nd pizza refunded. This was a great customer experience where the driver genuinely was disappointed and offered up 2 positive customer solutions. And there seemed to be quick managerial approval and delivered a perfect product, as a large, which impresses on me that they were correcting an error with an apology.This kind of customer service is extremely rare in today's fields as no one wants to correct customer errors. This was exceptional, and I have worked in the customer service field for 26 years.Fantastic job!!! Give the driver a raise and hold on to her until she moves on to bigger things! “My friend and I ordered online for delivery and set it for the next day for March Madness.Well somehow once we put it in the date didn’t change to the next day and they brought our order that day. I felt bad since we didn’t want it yet and so I called them and they were VERY kind! The woman got her manager to see what to do and without having to pay again, they switched it to the next day.Thankfully it all worked out and at 6pm sharp they rang the doorbell and we got exactly what we’d ordered!! I’m honestly grateful that they helped me fix it even after it was technically delivered.Thanks again for the help Pizza Hut!!“
“I was surprised to see negative reviews. Thankfully every time I've placed an order at this location everyone has been friendly and professional. I choose to go to this one because of it, I hope I never experience anything different. I gave 4 stars because there are some inconsistencies with how the pizza itself is prepared. Sometimes the toppings look more sparse then others. Other than that, I think they're pretty great.“

“I ordered a "reward" pizza here from their loyalty program. They got it wrong. I called them up and was told I was wrong and they had gotten the pizza correct. When I raised my voice, they promptly hung up on me. Okay, now I'm stressed. I go in and show them the receipt and the pizza and prove that what I said was true. The manager says he allows employees to hang up if customers become belligerent. I explain I was courteous until I was actively told I was wrong when I knew what I was saying was correct. He said he would remake the pizza. I come back, the new pizza is correct, the manager tells me he made it himself to make sure. I shake his hand, thank him, and continue on with my day. I did not eat that night because these interactions created too much stress. But I appreciate that the manager tried to make it right in the end and I am leaving this 5-star rating as a way of thanking him for that.“

When I went inside to grab my items, they were behind, but very apologetic.Phones were ringing like crazy, people inquiring about their orders, again they were very apologetic.All this was on New Years Eve.Thank you for not being rude to us, even though some customer were, thank you for working hard and doing your best!!!“

“My wife and I decided to dine in, we had the place to ourselves. The guy at the counter was our waiter, he was very kind and seemed sincere. We had the delicious cheese bacon bread for an appetizer. It was awesome. I really enjoy that dish. For our pizza we had a thin crust meat lovers. It was so crispy and amazing. I was really impressed after not having it for a while. Will definitely be going back to this location soon.“
“I got what I ordered--lots of veggies. "Thin 'N Crispy" (R) crust, though thin and brown on the bottom, is entirely 'floppy' from the steam created by the toppings' water content. I had to roll each slice up before eating to keep some of the toppings on the crust. I do like the pie enough to eat it--with a knife and a fork.“
“The food we ordered was accurate and hot when it got to my door. Pizza Hut still does delivery the best of all the delivery services out there. Keep up the good work! I hope that one day, the other restaurants will figure it out. Uber eats and grub hub are not the answer.“
“This franchise makes fantastic food time after time. While other locations fall short of even the lowest expectations, this one will nail it guaranteed everytime. Driving a couple extra miles is worth it if you still enjoy pizza hut the way it use to be. I wouldn't take a chance at other south side locations if i were you though. Stick to Pawnee and Hydraulic for the win!“
“The staff members on this day were cool.They can really keep a level head with a frustrated customer. I appreciate them.The store GM however needs improvement.Anyone running a PizzaHut who thinks it's ethical to close the lobby around 7, does not deserve the position they hold.It's just pissing customers off, and ruining your staffs night.My partner literally avoids this location primarily because of the lobby being closed unnecessarily, and being forced to wait in the drive through for cold pizza.It's pathetic.To the district manager, I hope you straighten out the troll that runs this place.Those kids don't deserve the headache.“
“Today I called this Hut to order a pizza melt. I love the supreme pizzas and when I ordered my melt I asked if they could make a melt like a supreme melt. They did and it was so delicious. It was perfect! The same toppings in it as a supreme pizza in the wonderful melt crunch crust. I will definitely order these more. The young man taking my order was so kind and happy to figure it out with me. A very top notch experience!!“
