I keep going back to Saigon Bistro! The food and service are always great - never had a bad experience - and they have a larger selection than most Vietnamese restaurants in town. This is the place where Wichita's Vietnamese community goes to eat, so you know it's authentic.
Our favorite spot was closed today so we decided to try something different and I’m fairly happy I did! Started out with egg rolls and i loved the egg rolls themselves but the sauce was WAYYY too pungent for me, really strong feet and fish smells that I’m not used to and I surly don’t mind it usually. MAGNIFICENT!10/10im speechless. The pho has a truly excellent flavor profile. Everything is there, coriander, cinnamon, strong clove, bone broth particles floating in the broth, and the deep, deep umami at the bottom of the profile is a very strong and delightful foundation.
