Service was quick. The person who delivered the order was polite and nice. Food was delivered quickly. At the moment I am overall giving 5 stars but for food giving 4 stars. Sure there is some room to improve.
We were trying to is the app, but it was having trouble. Thank you to Nick for getting our order placed and out quickly! That was probably the best customer service I've had in quite a while. ?

Did a great job on our order. I'm allergic to mayo and they do a great job at not putting it on. The one on West 21st St. doesn't! The one thing I wish they would add is that when paying at the stall, add a place for a tip. A lot of people pay by cards now and don't have cash. I would gladly add a couple of bucks for the carhop if we had that choice. When we order online, we do, but sometimes it's a last-minute decision to go.
