Usually pretty good, no consistency though. Super liquidy frap today, and I mean the picture says enough. I thought it was funny. ? …they were super busy. But it’s no excuse to serve sub par food/drinks.
SUPER friendly staff. Actually had to go in-store, which anywhere else is usually a rather "robotic" experience, however, the crew inside was exceptionally engaging and friendly (can't recall names, but Fri 1/5/24, 2p if management is interested ?). Great reflection on the business and their training, much appreciated!

Ordered a lavender lemonade on the app. Picked up in drive through and it was just a plain lemonade. When asked the barista about it she said it came up lemonade. At which point I felt she should have asked if I wanted a lavender lemonade instead but didn't. I guess that would required her to do extra work. Ended up chucking the drink!
