1st of all, I have to start with the barista was dealing with a really irrational customer when I got there and the way that she handled it was so IMPRESSIVE. I honestly have never seen somebody be so kind to somebody so nasty before. 2nd of all, I had no idea what I wanted and I asked her to surprise me, and she made me probably the best coffee I've ever had. 11 out of 10 cannot recommend her/this location enough.

I was really disappointed in my dirty Chai latte, it just tasted like milk. My points were taken when I was trying to use a reward, she said she fixed it but we had to redo the transaction like 3 times and I never got my points back.

A little frustrating that Starbucks 'employees' wouldn't know how to use a Starbucks app.What makes it more frustrating, is when they say stuff like, "We don't know stuff like this, we just work here."Or "We don't operate like the stand-alones."It was like asking a janitor to ring up a money order.Two stars for attempting.

I have ordered at this location in the past and never any had issues. However today when I ordered on the app an iced caramel macchiato with EXTRA caramel. I went in store to pick up my drink, found it had no extra caramel. I go up to the counter politely ask if I can have extra (as my order stated) and the worker rudely tells me as she's pouring more caramel drizzle in my drink "well we oughta be charging you guys extra for this since we use so much of this up," as if trying to make me feel bad for asking to make my order the way I ordered it. First off, her attitude was terrible, second of all, take it up with corporate, not me, if you have issues about whether or not extra caramel should be charged. Seriously unprofessional to talk to your customers like that, especially seeing as she was most likely the manager at this location.
