1st of all, I have to start with the barista was dealing with a really irrational customer when I got there and the way that she handled it was so IMPRESSIVE. I honestly have never seen somebody be so kind to somebody so nasty before. 2nd of all, I had no idea what I wanted and I asked her to surprise me, and she made me probably the best coffee I've ever had. 11 out of 10 cannot recommend her/this location enough.
I always go to this location even if it's out of my way. The staff is friendly, customer service is great, & that is huge for me. My order is always correct & staff apologize if there was a long wait.The drive thru line is slow sometimes. You can definitely tell when new staff is being trained on the cash register. It's usually during busy times & that's an inconvenience if you're in a hurry.
