By far the best BBQ in Wichita! I'm a huge fan of personally smoking my own brisket/ribs/pork-butt. I understand the craftsmanship it takes to make good BBQ. Coming from KC 7 years ago, I was really disappointed in the Wichita BBQ scene. I tried Station 8 BBQ for the first time yesterday and was really impressed. They put a lot of work into what they do. Everything from the meat to the sides to the desserts are amazing. Thanks for providing us with such great food. I know it takes A LOT of work.

THE! Best BBQ hands down! The brisket mashed potato bowl has been my go to for a quick lunch! Big enough I make two meals out of it! Great service! Friendly staff and most of all great food! The live band at lunch was pretty cool too!

We went back to Station 8 again! It’s definitely our go to bbq place for this area and the best in town. The food is always good, no matter what meat you get. You just can’t go wrong. My favorite is going to be the ribs and chicken! Over the top chicken and burnt ends ?! ? The jalapeño cornbread is another favorite and the flaky pies are fantastic.You probably will have to wait in line outside so be prepared for it. I suggest getting there early but you’ll be in line until they open. The seating area may be small but by the time you get your food, a table will be open. It just works.If you’re in a hurry, this isn’t your place. You just have to be patient or go settle for a lesser bbq.
