By far the best BBQ in Wichita! I'm a huge fan of personally smoking my own brisket/ribs/pork-butt. I understand the craftsmanship it takes to make good BBQ. Coming from KC 7 years ago, I was really disappointed in the Wichita BBQ scene. I tried Station 8 BBQ for the first time yesterday and was really impressed. They put a lot of work into what they do. THE! Best BBQ hands down! The brisket mashed potato bowl has been my go to for a quick lunch! Big enough I make two meals out of it! Great service! Friendly staff and most of all great food! The live band at lunch was pretty cool too!
