Drive thru speaker doesn't work. Made me wait at window in the rain. Could not speak enough English to understand my first name and then was trying to give my order to another customer. After all of that she was rude when she figured out she was wrong. Just go up the street to zanzis. Better pizza and customer service.

Placed an order over the phone arrived. 20 minutes later, as instructed to find out that my order is missing and the managers unwilling to compensate me even the slightest for the inconvenience as well as being extremely rude, saying I don’t deserve anything from them And it isn’t their fault. All while three children wait for their pizza and I can only say they lost it….. waited another 20 mins for replacement order at full price.I’ve worked food industry before and quite frankly, I’ve worked, Pizza I would not treat my customers this way.Don’t waste your time go to the another location..

Lori with management at the Ashland store is AMAZING. When I tell you this woman went above and beyond would be an understatement. I won’t go into to much detail because I know I had a one off incident, but, Lori went above and beyond to help me with a solution and did so quickly! She deserves a raise!!
