“Excellent experience for our company dinner party. Our server, Bill, had great recommendations and provided fantastic service on a busy night! The food was well prepared, generous sized portions, presented with fanfare was a lot of fun. “We went to Deez Beanz just the other day, and I haven’t been able to stop thinking about the delicious red eye coffee with sweet cream! Soooo much better than any other coffee joint in Bardstown. It actually tasted like a good cup of coffee not a cup of sugar!!! I can’t wait to go back again. Might head that way now!! 😋”

“Always a Go to spot, Recently most new places In bardstown are always ran off. Ever since Wally’s opened I have been trying to go for ice cream. Always a wide array of flavors, especially compared to the competitor down the road. Great atmosphere. Although they had bad staff issues for a bit. The initial staff And the current staff are always good. Only thing I wish was there was the ornate shakes you guys used to do when you first opened!!! But always good to support local business. Oh and Hotdog/Slawdog was pretty good, but as of recent they’ve become more plain. Try new things and add an Actual kitchen! You’d definitely hit more people if it had the diner portion of the look too!!!!”

“Great local place for breakfast! Small and gets busy but we were able to find a table immediately when we arrived late morning. My wife had the banana bread French toast and I had the western omlette. Both were excellent and the service was great too.”

“I ordered fish, greens, green beans, hush puppies and Mac and cheese from here the other day and all I can say is take my money! The prices are way cheaper than anywhere else, including fast food and the food is better than a sit down restaurant. It was so incredibly amazing. I was in a food induced coma all day and have craved it since. If you haven’t tried this place, please do! Best meal I’ve had in ages!”

Reuben is like you’d expect - heavy on the corned beef, slathered in 1000 island dressing and dripping in sauerkraut on a lightly toasted and butter rye. The pickle spear was as big as a a small tree branch and soooo good (glad I’m not allergic 😂 if you’ve read reviews you know). The fries are the perfect amount of crispy yumminess!”

“What an amazing place to stay! The house is gorgeous. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The employees are amazing and friendly. The breakfast was gourmet quality. They even have a quaint bar on the property where you can get an evening cocktail and relax. We felt very welcome and comfortable. The owner even offered to take a pic of my husband and me as we were dressed up and headed to the lunch train down the road. All in all this was a pleasant experience. We hope to travel out that way again and spend a few nights. This place is a class act!”
