“This was my first time visiting this location of Tom & Chee and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. In fact, I like this location better than the downtown location... When I first walked in, I noticed how clean the store was. Then as I got closer to the counter I was greeted by both the young lady at the register and Erica the manger on duty. Moreover, Erica and her team were pleasant and accommodating throughout my dine-in experience, bringing my food to the table, checking to make sure everything was okay, immediately cleaning the tables of other guests after they finished dining, and wishing me a good day when I left... “My boyfriend and I have come in here about 4 times now we rely enjoyed the quality, of how y'all prepare the food and I really love how flavorful everything is especially the Nashville hot chicken burger. It's fire literally!Only thing I'd change is I wish you could make it a meal for more of a deal. “While it is not the cheapest option, that is partially because of the freshness of the product. I have had all but the Jalapeno version of their chicken salads and loved every one. The grape dessert is also amazing and I highly recommend it, and my kids love the cookies. My favorite way to eat any of the chicken salads is on the croissant, but my wife likes to eat them with the crackers. Either way is delicious! If you haven't, I recommend trying here for a different take on lunch or dinner!Parking: There is plenty of parking, but sometimes you may have to park further out in the lot.“

“This is a small space in a mini strip mall. You seat yourself or go to the counter for carry out. There is seating around the counter. Part of the area where they prepare food is behind the counter. Servers have always been very friendly and work hard to make sure your order is going to be what you want. They still bring a container of pickles to your table when they come to get your drink order. There is usually only one server who also clears tables but it is a small place so it seems to work. Every sandwich comes with a potato pancake which is their signature. Everything we have tried has been great“

“The customer service here was top notch for a busy day! All the staff was friendly and worked together to get my lunch out to me fast! I was really impressed with the teamwork at this restaurant. They were wonderful! I thought the chicken salad was ok, I tried the Buffalo Barclay, the Classic Carol, and Fruity Fran. They all needed a little more seasoning so I was glad I brought it home. As we were leaving I heard the young lady at the counter inform the newest customer that they had run out of bread...."so if you wanna wrap or a salad we can help you". Like I said they were busy. They gave us our cold sammys with very little wait, our hot ones (we ordered 6, 4 cold/ 2 hot) took awhile longer they ended up calling my name ( I enjoyed the first name basis) to inform me I'd have to pick a different kind of bread which was fine. “Creamy tomato soup! No one can make it better than these guys. Pair it with a hot sandwich, I got the fig and goat cheese sandwich and asked to add mushrooms to it. SO GOOD! It's all I wanted on a cold rainy weeknight. The service is fast, you can be in and out within a few mins. I'd recommend dining in instead of take out since this food is at its tastiest when hot. The location in Newport is perfect since there are multiple seating options - inside and outside. You can also go catch a movie after a quick bite or take a walk by the river. “Went here for dinner. Only had to wait Minutes from the time I ordered to receive my order. I ordered the bourbon cheese steak with the ultimate fries. The sandwich had good flavor and a lot of meat( Finley shredded very thin beef) There was not much else to the sandwich. There were a couple pics of lettuce and 3 pieces of tomato. The bread was very soft. The sandwich is very messy to try and pick up to eat but managable I ate it with a fork and knife. The fries were good. Had tons of cheese and ranch a small amount of bacon on it. Also got the original Philly cheese steak it was great same as the sandwich above. Lots of meat the lemonade is absolutely delicious tried the watermelon/strawberry highly recommend.“

I came in today (2/20/24) around 12:30 and all the staff were incredibly friendly. The man who made my sandwich had some large tattoos on his forearms and I swear I never saw a more beautiful sandwich being made just for me. Another one had long curly hair tied up and was super kind, he hyped up my choice in toppings. The guy who sliced my meats and cheeses was very polite and the lady at the front was very sweet. I ended up eating my sandwich on fallen tree in the woods by the river, and I could taste the good vibes. I don’t do reviews often but todays crew was exceptional and I’m glad I stopped in.“

“This was located near the campus of Northern Kentucky University. Never had Firehouse Sub. I was very pleased with my choices. 1. To eat here and 2. Having the meatball sub. “We had not been to Penn Station in a long time, but stopped by when we got a bogo coupon. We ordered toasted Italian subs. They were so delicious that we couldn't wait to go back. The employees are very efficient. The subs are always perfect. The fans are loud so it is hard to hear inside the restaurant. Last time we got take out. It was still excellent. Hope they send out more coupons. We'll be back.“

“This Subway is super close to my house so I go often. It's usually pretty clean and seating is always available. I would absolutely LOVE if this location got gluten-free bread, as they do not right now. The workers there are very friendly and help you right away.
