It's been over 3 months since I ate at Panda Express for the same reason am going to go ahead & write a review. I went to Panda Express during my lunch hour at 1:30. My food was stale and the super green which are vegetables of course was dry & brown like they have been sitting out for a long period of time. I won't go back there again. That why I stop going to Panda Express the first time because of their food not being fresh. It like they serve the people through the drive what has been sitting out for awhile instead of giving fresh food.

An item was missed in my delivery, but Adam had to maneuver dealing with the 3rd party delivery and was able to resolve my problem. The food was good and i really appreciate the customer service of management taking that extra effort for resolution!

Atmosphere at this place is absolutely atrocious service I couldn't even tell you because I stood waiting to be served for 15 minutes. It wasn't until I turned to leave that someone tried to stop me to get my order. If someone is obviously trying to place an order why would your employees walk by them three to four times just completely ignore the fact I was trying to place an order. I wish I could give him more honest with you but I couldn't even try the food.
Unfriendly in the drive thru. They messed up my order and refused to fix it.

Service was excellent! Environment was very welcoming. However, the food seemed a bit dry. The noodles was a bit stiff and the chicken wasn’t as appealing as expected.
