Portions are smaller then they used to be. Quality has declined. When we visited they were out of sides and sauces.I had the cod dinner with home fries. Both were very overcooked dry and burned. There were not tarter sauce or oil and vinegar just cranberry relish. I was not very pleased.

Honestly, you can tell that they’re really short staffed. There was no host when we arrived and our server, Janet, ended up seating us. There were several dirty tables on our way to the table and Janet had to clean our table. It was just me and my toddler and Janet was so helpful when it came to getting extra napkins (because toddler), a fruit cup so said toddler didn’t get hangry and a refill on my coffee. She definitely made it an easier trip out with a toddler and I appreciate it.

Worst Thanksgiving meal and experience. I will never in my life order Thanksgiving from Bob Evans again. Ordered the cold Thanksgiving meal for over 100 dollars on November 9th. I go to pick up November 22nd and they can't find my order anywhere. So I had to show them my email invoice and the guy gives us a box with the same order and said your good to go. Now mind you I figured since he read the receipt he read all that was supposed to be in it. Nope forgot the mac n cheese an add on of 14 bucks. So I call the lady said we can give you one but I live 45 minutes away a huge inconvenience. So I'll have to pick up after Thanksgiving. So that ruined that for some of my guests, I had some kids really looking forward to bobs mac n cheese. Anyways so later I go to serve the pumpkin pie which has never been opened since I got it and there's a huge black long hair laying right on the top! So that's ruined and too late to go to the store and get another one! At this point I will never ever order from bob evans again. This location is not at fault for the hair in the food or even really the whole lost order thing. It's Bob Evans period.

Bob Evans has always been a great place for breakfast. They serve the best bacon. I don't known how they do it where it's not chewy and not crispy, but the perfect balance. It's amazing.

4:00pm Thursday. 2 employees in the entire restaurant, and 1 had yo cook. The other busted tables, ran to answer restaurant phone, checked back with customers, seated customers, cleaned table, washed dishes. This is unacceptable. Terribly overworked these 2 employees. No one called, no one was a no show.This is nothing but labor and corporate greed. You are hurting the business and will be the next bankruptcy.This is pathetic and sad.I gave the waitress a real good tip since the company doesn't care about the employees.I won't be back.
