Do not eat here..... no one to seat you, waited 15 minutes before anyone noticed there were like 7 people waiting to be seated. Ordered French toast with blue berries, bacon, & hash browns with oh and coffee, Get served and bacon and hash browns were ice cold, back they go. She brings out new ones and bacon still cold, try a third time.... The lemon blueberry French toast was so tough you needed a serated steak knife to cut it, very hard to chew. Where do they get their staff?? To top it all off, very short staffed, toddlers screaming and parents do nothing. I definitely WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!!!!!

My husband and would go here about 2vtimes a week for a little over a year and never had a problem, Even after I promised myself I would not come back herey it was my husbands Idea to stop here today, Nothing has changed this makes 3 times they messed our order up and it definitely is not to cheap, Of course not even a sorry for the inconvenience, It's so sad, I knew I should of went to Waffle house..

The couple running the place were absolutely amazing! My family of 6 and I had a long day and couldn't find a late night dinner at waffle house and they were full and rude so we decided to try IHOP and we are so glad we did! We all cleaned our plates (rarely happens) and were completely satisfied. I wish I had a $100 bill to tip them. They are worth more!

Walked in the door, no one to greet us, two workers in the back talking, no one came out so we seated ourselves. We sat and listened to the staff gripe about their schedules, someone else walked in and finally went to the back and yelled for some help. Someone came out of the back and did not acknowledge us and turned around and went straight back to the back again. We got up to leave and another person walking in stood for a moment and again no one came out. He also left. This has happened to us twice now (6 mos ago). We will not be back.

IHOP is supposed to be a place to get breakfast,but they were out of biscuits,the place was very dirty,the bathroom was cleaner than the dining area.this was on sun at 3pm. Don't think I'll ever return to this place.
Since early of Jan 2024, IHOP at the Cold Spring location has become the restaurant I had always hoped it would be. I can tell there must be ‘new management’ because my meal was a ‘5 STAR meal’ today, (perfect). The restaurant was very clean and the waitress was extremely friendly, she served the meal with a smile. Even the manager stopped by and told us our meal was ready to come out, and yes it was a hot meal. The food was excellent! My family and I will start coming again. She said that they were super dry and begging for sauce that just was not provided.I ordered a BLT with fries and an order of mozzarella sticks. The cheese sticks arrived hot but they were not crispy by any means and the cheese was already congealing. They came with cold sauce that barely had any flavor to speak of.In regard to the sandwich (pic attached), it was saturated with mayo, and only 2 strips of bacon on the whole thing. That would have been bad enough but to add insult to injury, the bacon that was present was soggy, chewy, gross.All that plus 3 soft drinks and a kids meal and we ended up with a $40 ticket. The food we received MAYBE was worth half that, and that's being beyond generous.

There was nobody that came out of the kitchen to add to my order nor take a my rides order after midnight. It was like being there with nobody manning it. Seriously the manager and upper management of this IHOP should be fired to let this go as long as it has. Best thing you can do is close it down. If don’t have enough employees to handle the incoming traffic then close the facility. You’re only creating a bad customer experience and your employees suffer. We waited a total of 1 hour and 20 minutes from sit down to check arriving to table. The food was good but the wait was entirely unnecessary because you as a management team don’t want to do the right things to improve customer experience.

The waitress and cook on 3rd is amazing they get the food out quickly and perfectly they are great and friendly we will only come here on 3rd if the waitress Trish and the cook Jake if they are here they come and make sure that you are good and are very prompt about getting refills and making sureyou get everything you need I definitely recommend the 3rd shift IHOP staff 5 out of 5 stars.
