I've been trying to order a pizza from LaRosa's call center for over an hour, I've been told that my address does not exist ,but I've ordered multiple pizzas from them in the past. I ended up talking with several different people on the phone and still have not been able to order any food from them. I've ordered a lot of food from them from the same address over the past several years. Ordering a pizza should not be this complicated. I even told them to just order the food from the Cold spring Branch give them my address and they will find it they have been here before. And I was told my address does not exist. The LaRosa's call center is a complete joke and waste of time.

First time eating here and was pleasantly surprised. Very clean, prompt service, and the food was really good. We had hoagys the chicken bacon ranch and steak hoagy, with a basket of French fries we shared. Everything was super hot, taste delicious. Highly recommend.

I came in at 231 p.m. on Sunday January 28th and the person who works the drive-thru window refused to take my order and made me walk inside while it was raining. I paid cash and ordered at the same terminal that she would have used if she just put it in through the window. I don't understand how it's not common sense to just put the order in through the window if this is an actual policy you guys should change it. Horrible decision

I have a gluten allergy and was only attending because of their gluten free options. On arrival even though there was an advertisement on the table. I was told they no longer sell the product.
This review does not reflect this location as they serve what they are sent. I've been buying the meatballs at LaRosa for years. What I recived tonight was NOT LaRosa meatballs. They were some generic, cheap, nasty, small, frozen, came from the dollar tree excuse. I have never been so disappointed in my food from this franchise before. Even the sauce was greasy and off. Seriously, did they really think that people weren't going to notice? You charged a $1 a meatball. 3 LaRosa meatballs fills an hogie bun! One of these fit in a half Tablespoon! Tasted like they were made from a can of veanna sausages. Ridiculous. I called Corporate and they said that they were not aware if any changes. I just ordered these a little over a month ago and everything was fine. Not cool.
