When we went the drive-through the other night, the wait time was literally 40 minutes because they were slammed, and there was only 1 guy doing any work. We could see two other guys in the lobby messing around. I felt really bad for the one trying to handle everything by himself. Food was perfect, though, and kudos to him for being polite and friendly despite the pile-up.
Whenever I'm in need of a quick and reliable meal, McDonald's never fails to deliver. The staff is always friendly! The food however is a hit or miss. The fries aren't always fresh. But the store lobby is always clean. But if you go inside to place an order at the register instead of their self serve kiosk then you will be waiting for a minute.
