I requested chicken, but they served beef instead. This is one reason I don't like McDonald's. Also, we ordered hot chocolate, but they couldn't provide it due to a recurring issue with their coffee machine. They always have issue with their machine. ?

The staff is always friendly! The food however is a hit or miss. The fries aren't always fresh. But the store lobby is always clean. But if you go inside to place an order at the register instead of their self serve kiosk then you will be waiting for a minute.

Took us 15 minutes JUST to order while there was no line. Took even longer to get the food and this is supposed to be "fast food." Messed up order in multiple ways. Would not recomend this one at all... This is not my first bad time at this McDonalds.

Coming to this McDonald's reminds me why I HATE McDonald's . If you are looking for disappointment, this is the McDonald's to come to. I have been here twice since the McRib came back out and those times they have been out for the night. Both times I've wanted holiday pies and they've been out of them as well for the night. This is not the only time there always out of stuff. Like I said, if you're wanting disappointment come to this McDonald's they will disappoint you.

When we went the drive-through the other night, the wait time was literally 40 minutes because they were slammed, and there was only 1 guy doing any work. We could see two other guys in the lobby messing around. I felt really bad for the one trying to handle everything by himself. Food was perfect, though, and kudos to him for being polite and friendly despite the pile-up.
