My 90+ year old father and I went into this place in Cold Springs, KY on 2/28/2024 @ 1:00pm The men's bathroom was locked and my father had to REALLY go! The manager said they're having vandalism problems. My father told the manager yes but its locked now. The manager said rudely, "I said it's locked!" I hope your very elderly parent isn't treated so rudely! I've NEVER been so angry at anyone in my life! The young man should not be working with the public!

worst Penn Station I have ever been to. staff was very unfriendly. acted like we were interrupting their day. food was ok, except the amount of fries was way less than I ever had at any other Penn Station. extremely disappointed!!!!!!

Ordered a dagwood and got bread cheese and mayo tried to take it back and was refused a correct dagwood or a refund spoke with the manager and was very rude and refused to give me corporate number but I definitely know how to report to bbb. It's all about respect and being professional so you will be reported to the correct

The service team wouldn't talk loud enough where I can actually hear them and then their iconic fries were undercooked.
Well i cant believe i am giving one of my favorite spots a bad review but i had order thru grub hub delivery was excellent food was still hot but the chess bread was gross and my sandwich well just look at my pic. Hardly had no meat asked for banana peppers on side and they put it on sandwich which i can get over that but the barely no meat and dry as all get out. I have never haf a bad meal from here. I dont know if it is different workers or bad day for someone cooking but dont do that again. The best part they were out of fries also i should have known when i was ordering and they said they didnt have fries. I mean how do they not have fries. I think someone should reimburse me my meal try again.

First of all I love Penn Station but this one is very dirty.All the tables were filthy and greasy. My wife and I had to clean the table and seat before we could set down.The young girl that took our order was very nice until my wife asked her to put gloves on since she was handling the buns and cheese with no gloves as well as taking orders too.The rest of the staff seemed nice and polite but, this place definitely needs some classes on cleanliness as well as proper food handling etiquette. I'm not a germafobe or anything like that but in todays world when I see our Police and Medical personnel falling over from an overdose of some kind of drug just because they picked up something to throw away or touched a person's shirt, I don't want to take a chance of it, especially for my wife or kids.
This location is how a Penn Station should be!
