The pumpkin pie was so delicate and light (THESE ARE GOOD THINGS). Sometimes a pumpkin pie can be so heavy and too rich but this was effortless joy, airy and the flavor beat anything I’ve ever even attempted to make. The cranberry apple pie was latticed with sugary perfection. The tart of the cranberry melded with the apple in a delectable ballet of OMG YES. Thank you so much for these pies! “I have discovered that the Dairy Queen in Latonia/Covington has lower prices than the Dairy Queen Highland Pike in Ft. Wright near Walmart. I believe it is because the one in Latonia is privately owned. I paid about 2 dollars more at Dairy Queen on Highland Pike for a milkshake than I do at my local location on Decoursey Ave across the street from Latonia Liquors and this location has a bench or picnic tables where you can sit and enjoy your ice cream without taking it in your vehicle. Yes, they do have a drive thru also... if you're in a rush or have somewhere else to be. The associates are generally quick to get you in and out of the drive thru. Just be extra cautious when exiting the lot because it's a busy road and there are pedestrians crossing often and waiting in line at the walk up window.

It wasn't crowded, just a few regulars at the bar, making it a nice, quiet spot to enjoy good food and good company. We started with the Cajun Cheese Fries (ordered without jalapeños or green onions and sour cream on the side), and they were delightful—served hot and fresh. Unlike some places, the cajun seasoning actually covered the fries rather than just being sprinkled on top, and the cheese was melted to perfection. We also split 10 medium wings which were hot and hit the mark, and my wife, who is a big fan of Caesar salads, absolutely loved theirs. To wash it all down, I stuck with Mich Ultras while my wife had the Country Boy Ciders; they were running a special that night for $3 a can, which made for a very reasonable bill. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, and since the bartender mentioned they are known for their burgers, we’ll definitely be heading back to give those a try. If you're looking for a casual spot with good food and fair prices, this is a solid bet.”

A small bar and counter suffices for ordering. The menu features their specialties with a good but not extensive selection. After placing your order at the counter you can grab any open table and get a drink if you like. Drinks are self serve from a group of beverage refrigerators lining one wall. They have a good selection of beer and sodas. A bottle opener hangs on a string from the refrigerator handle. Any drinks will be added to your final bill. The food was prepared well and very tasteful. Pricing is reasonable considering the bountiful portions. When we visited they were doing a pretty brisk business. Everyone in our party agreed that it was a good experience and we would go back. Enjoy your visit!”

Haley who works the Drive-thru Window Service and her Teammate Co-workers do an Outstanding Job. The Cook-Staff Team does a Remarkable Job on everything they cook/grill up, never has there ever been any food item that was not worthy of 5-Stars. A few friends who visit this Frisch's location have commented how glad they are that this Restaurant is in their neighborhood, they always have great experiences when visiting.
