Frequent visitor to the area staying at the Marriot Rivercenter. Decided to dodge the fusion joints on the street for something authentic. I travel the world and have decided (IMO) the best food is always in the least flashy places, ie back alleys, market stalls and street vendors. Best Mexican food I've ever tasted! It's a taste explosion and very authentic. You could walk by this place without even knowing it's here but you will be glad you found this place! Wow!

I've had less than stellar luck with more traditional Mexican food in Kentucky. And the ones that have had some level of promise have price tags that don't make sense. Don't expect a never ending pile of chips at San Miguel but you should expect some of the best tacos you've had in a very very long time.
