Waited for a long time and no ketchup instead of getting me packs she took the container back to fill it up had to wait and I just asked for packets girl got snotty and said she was filling it up and I said my fries were going to get cold. Just plain bad service. Will not go back and will let my friends and family not to go there either. For the prices bad everything

Good Lord, I feel terrible for the manager here! He has to feel like he is herding cats! How stupid are these kids now a days? Embarrassing, loud, lazy, and ignorant behavior. Literally at least 8 workers, ice machine was empty, ketchup was empty, idiots screaming at the back of the store, smoking cigarettes with the kitchen door open, blaring their sound cloud rap tracks. This is why the world hates white people.

I called 3 times over a 30min period prior to walking into the store because I wanted to make sure they were open and that I could place an order with a physical person. All 3 calls were unanswered- I gave them the benefit of the doubt as it was lunch time. However when I parked in the lot the OPEN sign was off (as it normally is ?), not a single customer was in the store, and all 4+ of the employees were in the back hanging out- which means they should have answered my calls....read full review
