This place does not know how to do customer service. Once I was put on hold and and literally not taken off hold. So I drove to the location while being on hold to find them all hanging out and when I showed them I was still on hold they were like "oh my bad. " Today we decided to give them another chance. Never again! I called and the number kept just ringing. So I once again kept calling and drove there. When I came in there were no customers and the phone wasnt ringing. So I told the manager that the phone is not working. She replied with "yea I know I took it off the hook because we were backed up...." Really! This place has been lacking customer service for awhile. Never again!

I love this store, but the guy tonight was rude, cursing and throwing stuff. I NEVER leave a bad review. But this was ridiculous! He sneezed on our food, and acted like no one saw. The young lady did remake our food, thank you for that. The guy who made our food the first time should not be working there. He's going to drive away all your customers!!

Waited for a long time and no ketchup instead of getting me packs she took the container back to fill it up had to wait and I just asked for packets girl got snotty and said she was filling it up and I said my fries were going to get cold. Just plain bad service. Will not go back and will let my friends and family not to go there either. For the prices bad everything

Literally never leave reviews, but this place is that bad. Messed up my online order, took them 20 minutes to correct. 4 employees standing around doing nothing while customers walked in. Would highly recommend avoiding this

Called and called and no one answered the phone. Walked in and the place was empty. Walked to cashier to order and watched 3 employees say and do nothing. Actively ignoring us. No be right with you, No hello, no acknowledgement whatsoever. After several minutes of patiently watching their blatent competence, we say hello and the cook ambles over to us and grunts at us. Looked like he hadn't bathed in days and hates his job and life. Go to literally any other location if you expect any kind of service at all.

Pulled up and weren't sure they were open, the sign wasn't on. Walked up to order and the manager was rude. Paid for my order, and went to fill my drink and there were gnats flying all over the drink machine. The floors were greasy and slick. It is a very disgusting restaurant.

Went to order some subs to take home. They forgot our 2nd sub and then we saw an employee go from mopping the floor to using her phone to cutting the bread barehanded WITHOUT washing her hands once.

Good Lord, I feel terrible for the manager here! He has to feel like he is herding cats! How stupid are these kids now a days? Embarrassing, loud, lazy, and ignorant behavior. Literally at least 8 workers, ice machine was empty, ketchup was empty, idiots screaming at the back of the store, smoking cigarettes with the kitchen door open, blaring their sound cloud rap tracks. This is why the world hates white people.

I called 3 times over a 30min period prior to walking into the store because I wanted to make sure they were open and that I could place an order with a physical person. All 3 calls were unanswered- I gave them the benefit of the doubt as it was lunch time. However when I parked in the lot the OPEN sign was off (as it normally is ?), not a single customer was in the store, and all 4+ of the employees were in the back hanging out- which means they should have answered my calls. While waiting for my food, I called again just to see if they would answer and yet again the phone just rang.

I’m new to the area and wanted to visit a familiar place. I felt so uncomfortable ordering from this place, I was honestly afraid my food would be spat in if I said anything about to service. Food was still cold even after the wait with no one else waiting for food.
