“First Watch without a doubt is never a disappointment when it comes to food, but at the Crestview hills, Ky, 41071 location, the server went above and beyond to make sure my meal was perfect. Had the shrimp & grits that were excellent. Also because I was feeling very hungry had the million dollar potatoes, 2 eggs over medium, a plate of bacon, and a lavender lemonade for a drink. Troy if you are reading this, you are an amazing server and definitely have the gift of being a people person. Thank you for taking care of me after my long shift at work.”

“Stopped in for a bite to eat after picking up family from the airport. It was a gorgeous day so we sat outside. They were a little busy so we enjoyed the company and beautiful weather. Waitress waited on us, we ordered our drinks and it took a bit to get them but the bar was backed up. The Old Fashioneds were worth the wait. We ordered the Belhaven Beer Cheese with pretzels to start and they were outstanding. Cheese was warm and the pretzels were some of the best we've had (forgot to take the picture until they were almost gone, thats how good they were). Had the Cotswold (grilled chicken Swiss, bacon and pesto mayo) with chips and it was very good. The chicken was cooked just right, juicy, and the pesto mayo topped it off. Also had a Reuben with chips and it was also good (we prefer ours a little more toasted but overall it was good). We enjoyed the environment and the beautiful weather on a Saturday afternoon. There are a lot of shops to visit so you can easily make an afternoon having lunch at The Pub and shopping. Perfect area for grabbing lunch and then walking it off shopping. Love this area!!”

“Wed, 2/28/24, Management told one of our trivia team members that she is no longer welcome because she spoke to trivia host and he felt threatened by her. She talked to host after trivia and told him she thought the questions we no longer "general knowledge" trivia. While her remarks may have been harsh, we feel she should have been warned that her behaviour would not be tolerated in the future but not forbidden to return to play trivia. Our trivia team spends 140.00 to 160.00 each Wednesday, not to mention the amount of tips the server was making (30 to 50 dollars). She also told management team that host drinks too much during trivia and they denied that. By the hosts own admission over the microphone, he has asked people to stop sending him drinks because "I'm getting drunk guys". She was told he is allowed 1 alcoholic beverage while doing trivia. WHO HAS EVER HAD A JOB WHERE THEY ARE ALLOWED TO DRINK ALCOHOL?? We will probably NOT be coming back to trivia if all of our team members are not welcome. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR TRIVIA....WHICH I HAD SELECTED ORIGINALLY!!”

“I have been her numerous Times! Always great!! Today … not so much! The “ manager” was rude and down right mean!!! I have gotten the mini croissants for parties many times. They are ALWAYS PRE CUT! I ordered 36. She would not cut them and they stuffed them in a bag too small and many were smashed flat….. not the look I wanted for the shower I am giving!!! How disappointing!!!”

“Let me start with saying if you’re looking for good food, good vibes and super service THIS is the place. Also, super conveniently located right off the exit and right next to Trader Joe’s - can we say DOUBLE WIN We swung in just for some brews and bites and hit the jackpot! The band was in full swing - highly recommend checking out Second Take if you’re in the Cinci region - we lucked out and caught the show right as we sat down. Super chill environment too, not overcrowded and our waitress Stevie was PHENOMENAL 👌 Quick to grab our drinks, didn’t forget me when I asked for refills, grabbed our apps out the gate and hooked us on the napkins because ya girl is a messy eater 😆 she even answered my 100 questions about what local brews they offer (which, if this is your forte, def check out their selection - I was impressed) Anywho, 10/10 service, food, atmosphere and generally just a cool spot to check out that’s 15 min from anywhere as soon as you hit the highway in the Queen City 🤙”

“i haven’t gone to a panera bread in almost a year due to a bad experience, but i decided to check this one out on a rainy day and i will say— it was absolutely wonderful. clean, friendly staff, the food tasted fresh & really tasty. lots of cozy seating, with cozy fireplaces ablaze. received a nice discount i wasn’t aware of. i will return to this location!”

“My wife and I went to this restaurant today, after a great recommendation from one of my employees. This place is absolutely amazing! The food is fantastic, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the service is completely top notch! Literally better service than I have received probably ever, and we go to A LOT of restaurants. Literally, my wife’s napkin fell to the ground and after I picked it up, the lady who was the host to us seen it and brought her a new one. Drinks did not run dry, and every single member of the staff was helping out and conversing with us. The owner and chef even came out to shake my hand. What an absolute gem in Cincinnati. This is a place NOT to miss out on. And don’t forget to order the cornbread! Hands down the best I have ever tasted. We left and wished we were hungry again and could turn around and go back inside.”
