Slow service PLUS their drink machine was down and they charged EXTRA in addition to the combo for a bottled drink. Such a rip off. Cashier said “I just do what I’m told to do”. Manager said if I had ordered online they wouldn’t have charged. Guess you have to be lucky to get good customer service here. Doubt I’ll be back.
I ordered carryout, walked in, picked it up myself, some kid on drugs didn't wash his hands when making my sandwich, put it together terribly, didn't include the napkins or mayo packets I asked for..
and then when I handed him a 20 for my 16 dollar order, again Carryout, he asked if I wanted change back??? And I was so confused I just said "uh.. I guess not?" thinking it was a register issue or something. I think he just pocketed my money or something I'm not even sure....read full review
