This is typical of a fast food restaurant. We saw people come back in from the drive thru and also from the dining area with the wrong items.The food quality is as good as Arby's usually is. It just needs some refining to get the service and cleanliness up to speed.Dietary restrictions: There are no options for dietary restrictions, but it is a fast food chain and I really wasn't expecting any.
Our dinner was freshly cooked and we were the only ones Dining in for most of the time, so the atmosphere was wonderful! I have to give a mention to the manager who was very kind and kept her crew busy and prepping for the busy time to come (as we were obviously not there at peak hours). The whole facility could definitely use a bit of an upgrade maybe sure fresh paint. It's starting to look aged and unattractive. But other than that, everything was great, well done Arby's!

Food good when good staff in the kitchen. I went for a few days in a row and had different experiences, one day was fine, next was fine, but long faces and 3rd day my lettuces was missing from my sandwish and found a hair in my chicken bacon ranch fries... I understand it happens but cleaning and hygine is important from employees too.
