I stopped by today at Arby's before work. I ordered 1 roast beef sandwich nothing else. It took 20 mins to get it, and it was wrong. A 5 year old could have done better. The owner needs to seriously check its employees training. Terrible service.

Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. A bunch of teenagers on their phone, and not caring. Food was made wrong, fries were cold, took 15 min to get my order they screwed up. Another 10 min waiting for my correct order. This place has gone down hill so bad. NEVER EVER coming back.

I know this will sound daft, but this was my first time eating at an Arby's and most likely my last. I thought I would try the BLT w/ Hawaiian roll (no rolls). I asked for an apple turnover (no turnovers). I ended up with the BLT on a regular bun and curly fries. I think its over priced for what you get.

Arby's is always delicious, reliable and their roast beef is easy on the belly. Every now and then they forget to bag a side or condiments, but overall the current crew seems nice and does a good job. I miss the potato cakes, but the apps are really good and so are many of their sandwiches. A bit pricey, but the quality is worth it.

This place is a mess. Both from the dining area to the staff. We've been here many times and always say we'll never go back. The service is beyond slow. Always out of one or more items. Tables filthy. Trash overflowing. We tried to place an online order tonight. Order went through with no issues. Went to pick it up and were told that the order was canceled because they were out of one or more items. We ordered 3 rb sandwiches and 3 curly fries. How do you run out of those staple items?? Anyway, after the past experiences, I feel that 1 star was too generous.
