I have always worked with the public, you do expect cleanliness, in every way. Everytime and we go once a month to Bob Evans in Florence I try not to use the restrooms, the base of the toilets are filthy from the lids down to the floors they are always dirty the restroom are poorly kept, we went there at 10a.m. and the stalls was out of paper trash cans filled to the point of paper on the floor, when I told the lady at the counter the response was...Okay. I said people are handing paper under the door for someone in need.....response was...okay

The food was delicious.About the service, it was poor quality, even though the place wasn't crowded you have to wave your hand and make you noticeable to eventually catch the attention of either the manager or the waiter.

Most Bob Evans are good. The one in Florence KY is bad. Bad service, bad food not cooked. Place was dirty. Not comfortable eating off the plate. People at register didn't care. Just said problem either fryer.

Food as usual was fantastic. We were late getting to it as we were traveling through Florence.Service was ok. Our server never came back to check on us for coffee, the bus girl did though.The floor in the dining room had food, straw wrapper, napkins, and paper all over it. It had never been cleaned all day I don’t think. I have been to other ones and they have a quick quiet vacuum they use after all the customers. Bathroom was dirty. There were 2 guys there with dirty looking, scraggly hair that needed to be tied back. They were cleaning tables but could have left hair on them. There was a girl with pink hair eating a bun at the check out talking to the other girl while customers were checking out. Then there was another worker at the check with a cigarette hanging out of her mouth most of the time, talking to another worker for 5 or 10 mins before she went for her break at about 8:45. It is a very dirty unprofessional atmosphere there.
Grew up going to Bob Evans on my vacation and visited this location. Not my first negative experience with the brand and found this one to be pretty meh. Restaurant at first glance is dirty and understaffed. Tables were behind on busing and debris littered the carpet. I ordered a meat protein bowl and was given a veggie bowl, it wasn’t bad and I decided not to mention it but was unsatisfied after with not getting the right thing. My family was given undercooked pancakes and they advertise “brioche French toast” and gave us regular sliced bread. The servers that were there were awesome and trying their best.
