Grew up going to Bob Evans on my vacation and visited this location. Not my first negative experience with the brand and found this one to be pretty meh. Restaurant at first glance is dirty and understaffed. Tables were behind on busing and debris littered the carpet. Was looking forward to something different since live in Louisiana and we are here in Kentucky for a little vacation. We'll we waited awhile to be seated, and our food didn't take very long, but when it arrived my husband, daughter and myself where very disappointed. I had chicken tenders ( mostly a very hard coating) I tried to remove some of it but there was hardly anything under all that crust. Food as usual was fantastic. We were late getting to it as we were traveling through Florence.Service was ok.
