I've only been in the store once and it was an amazing experience. The owner was so sweet and she even threw in a free crispy treat when I decided that I wanted one at the last minute. I always get the double Decker, a salad, and a cookie, and it never disappoints. Both my mom and my dad have tried it as well, and they both also loved it. Wich Doctor is my favorite little hidden gem in Kentucky. Best, yummiest sandwiches and cookies!“
“Only three locations left! No one makes sandwiches like Izzy's. Greatly expanded menus. Original potato pancakes and kosher pickles make a huge meal with the fresh pastrami and corned beef. Outdoor seating for warmer weather away from traffic with secure railing. Ample parking and drive-through also. Great carrot cake. Staff personable and obviously enjoyed working together. Very clean. Abby was an excellent server. You cannot leave hungry.“

“I'd never been before, but it was a good experience. Food was tasty, counter staff was friendly and helpful. Diverse meal offerings. Food came quickly and was delivered to our table. “Food was good. Staff was friendly. However the place was a mess. I was not happy how dirty things looked. We got there about 8 pm. The sauce bottles looked so gross I wouldn't touch them. The tables were dirty. The walls were dirty. The glass sneeze guard need a good cleaning as well. The pizza was good though. They need a staff member just to clean.“

“I use to come in this restaurant a lot last year, but every time that I went in there, I always had great service from them. The manager was always nice too. The food that I usually ate was delicious and I enjoyed it a lot. The restaurant was always clean and well kept too. I am hoping to come back there to eat this year, once I am back in Florence again.“
“We came to celebrate my niece getting her driver's permit. My daughter had a hair in her food. We brought it to the attention of the waitress. And they went above and beyond to make it right. I was absolutely Blown Away by the service.“
“The food was great the service horrible! The waitress said she had a large area of people and couldn't help the fact that she was unable to check on everyone. We had no water refills, we were never asked if we needed anything, and had to flag her down for anything we did need. When we first sat down we waited approx 30 minutes for a drink order. It was such a bad experience that I can't imagine eating and watching horses there anytime soon. Of course the season is almost over so maybe next season will be different ...one can only hope!“

This is Chick-fil-A, and you know perfectly well what you're going to get here: consistently tasty, hot chicken-centric fast food. Don't discount the salads; as fast food restaurants go these work well. Lines are a normal thing, so understand that it's happening and there's a reason for it.“
“We honestly came in because my son wanted French fries and pizza. So we went in and our waitress was really nice to my son and I. We ordered fries and a cheese pizza with bacon. Food was out quick and tasted fresh! The waitress was so accommodating for my young son and had a motherly instinct. We will be back in the future to try more things on the menu. Highly recommend“
