Absolutely love this restaurant! I generally order pick up using their online ordering or over the phone and it has always went smoothly. Never had to wait on an order longer than the estimated prep time, and the staff was always super friendly and efficient with their service! The restaurant is very pretty inside, and i have eaten in twice as well and had a great experience. Definitely go here if you want some amazing mexican food!

I love the Vaca Bandido, steak strips covered in queso, served with tortillas, beans, and rice. The dining room is clean and usually quiet. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. The servers are always positive and helpful.Parking: Parking lot is shared with donatos and an eye doctors office. Never had an issue parking, even when I drive my box truck there.Wheelchair accessibility: Concrete ramp on the right side by donatos.

What more can I say, great food, great drinks, and great service. It's the second time my wife and I have visited Torres's Mexican steakhouse. Both times we've been greeted with a smile, the restaurant is very clean, and the food and service have been outstanding! I would highly recommend to anyone. :)

I had a DoorDash and it told me the pickup was by 8:19 pm, and mind you I was driving to the store prior to this so they had plenty of time to start making the order, I get there at a little past 8:20, thinking I’m late I walk in and first of all I waited about 10 minutes standing at the front desk and was told by 3 workers that they could not help me, then finally a person who can help me comes up and I tell them I’m here for a DoorDash and by this time it’s 8:30pm and he tells me their making it now, so I go wait in my car and come back in at 8:42 pm and stood there until he(the host) finally comes up and tells me that when they put the Order in they put it as no make so now they were behind on it, so your telling me that for 40 minutes the order was not even being made? And no one came to tell me that it wasn’t being made until I had already waited 40 minutes, yea that’s ridiculous I will never be coming here myself or recommend this to anyone yet alone come here for someone else but I will say the boy who helped me at the front was friendly I have no complaints about him. Thank you

I am a door-dasher and i’ve gotten orders from here before, they always take forever. This time i was supposed to pickup an order at 8:19 i waited 40 mins for them to tell me that they messed up the order and had to remake it, i ended up waiting here until after 9 for food that wasn’t even mine. The customer didn’t get their food until well after 9 when the order was placed at 8. I waited up front for 15 mins before anyone even asked if id been helped. I work in the service industry and i know that togo orders are supposed to be priority over not yet paid guests.

Staff does not know how to handle problems and yes, you do have issues that arise, it's inevitable. Staff becomes very rude and condescending when you mention or speak of an issue and makes it your fault. Called and there was no manager available so the person hung up on me. Needed to explain that when you are going to charge extra for a carry out order that you include everything for that meal, items were missing; salsa for the chips, the sides. Plus, while eating in we were charged for some more salsa, only one was brought for 4 people. So, asked for a container to take home, it was smaller than the amount we had left, had to ask for another container. Then, when paying the waitress sighed when I left her tip. Which included 20% for the to go order. May or may not go back. The rudeness is not tolerated.

We were in the area on our way home, so we stopped for bite. The place was busy. The service was good. The burritos and frozen margaritas looked enormous. I got the fish tacos and my husband had the taco salad. We also got the fried zucchini which could have used less coating and or more seasoning but the portion was large. The chips were hot and salsa was smooth and not chunky. The tacos were good but I thought the russian salad dressing dip and lemon were odd for tacos. Clean appearance.
