We tried Patron for the first time today and found the food to be of good quality and taste. I didn't quite get what I ordered, though. I was so excited to see they offered a shredded beef Chimichanga that I changed my mind about what to get. However, when it arrived it contained ground beef instead. I never would have ordered it had I known. Kind of a bummer for my birthday dinner. We may order again, but I'll be sticking with the chicken, I guess.I would exercise caution when ordering shredded beef. Not sure if they eliminated it without changing the menu or if it was just an employee error.Vegetarian options: They had several vegetarian options listed on the menu

We just found Patron Mexican restaurant a few weeks ago. We love it a lot! The food is awesome! And the servers are awesome, and very accommodating as I now have to use a walker and they let me use it as a chair.

I was truly impressed with Patron. My gal and I hadn't taken two steps into the restaurant's dining area before we were greeted by the staff. We were shown our table, seated, and giving our drink order in under a minute. We got there at 8:50pm. There were several people in the place dining. Our drinks came quickly and the waitress took our orders, commiting it to memory (that always astounds me because I have a memory span that's short). The food came out quickly and was hot and fresh. And it tasted incredible. My gal said her order of chicken quesadilla was the best she has ever eaten. I must admit my food was excellent. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. The place was clean and well kept. We left an hour later feeling full and satisfied. As we exited we saw the hours and the place closed at 9. Yet the staff did not show annoyance, nor did they rush us.I apologize to the good folks at Patrons for being "that guy". If I had known you were closing at 9 I would've not bothered you. Thank you for a great meal. We will be back.Vegetarian options: There were 5 or 6 dishes listed under "Vegetarian" on the menuKid-friendliness: There were a couple kids there while we dined.

DELICIOUS authentic Mexican food. Highly recommend both dishes we got. The carnitas were amazing. The beans and rice were delicious. Service was fast!

Had the green burrito lunch.Big serving and tastes great.Also liked the salsa they brought out first, but the chips are too hard for me...afraid I'm gonna bust a tooth. Waitress did a fine job and they had the Mexican tunes playing like they're supposed to. I'll stop in again.

About 3:30, only 1 other table and 2 at the bar. Seated ourselves and appx 3 mins later server arrived. Food was very good. Salsa excellent with a bit of fire lol, every batch different as always fresh made.Seafood Fajitas we're excellent.Look forward to trying again. I do advise not sitting children near the bar area, inappropriate TV and men talk openly.

There are many choices for Mexican food in Florence, but this place is a top contender! The complimentary chips and salsa were delicious. The salsa is smooth, but has lots of flavor. I had the steak burrito and the steak was tender and cooked well. My husband had the burrito green and the chicken was seasoned well and cooked perfectly. Our food came out quickly and everything was hot. Overall, our experience was very good!

This place is where the former Turfway Bar and Grill and the former Front Porch was. The chips and salsa are great and the authentic guacamole is next level. My go-to app at Mexican restaurants is always choriqueso and Patron’s choriqueso is top-notch. I ordered Pollo Jalapeños. Juicy slices of chicken, mixed with jalapeños and onions, topped with cheese sauce and chorizo. Soooo good! My daughter’s Carnitas Mexicanos was also out of this world delicious. We’ll definitely be back, hopefully for many years to come.
