This place used to be friendly and helpful and it is none of that anymore. They don't answer their phone they just have gone down in service and quality so we always go to the one in crescent springs now.
Good food. No complaints
Hands down the best service of all the Penn Station locations that I have visited. They are friendly and consistent. I always know that when I order with them I will get excellent service and excellent food. They are very clean and on top of making sure that everything is stocked for your convenience. 100 percent I will continue to return to this location.
