We went to KFC in Glasgow for a quick dinner before work. We ordered the new Chizza combo and a famous bowl. The woman at the window was very quick to park every single car that came through the drive thru because she "had to watch her number". As we parked there were 3 other cars complaining about a nearly 20 minute wait for their orders We waited for almost 20 minutes ourselves, and we had to go in and get the food ourselves and it was setting there ready as we walked in. Was very poor customer service. Had to wait for a while till someone finally waited on us. Was there tonight . Got the 20 pieces that's to server 2 people...Mashed potatoes withgravy , macaroni and cheese, Cole slaw was in small little containers. Was for 2 people. And had chicken with it and biscuits.The tables were so nasty and the floors. Tables were dirty waited to be waited on for 5 minutes 1 person was there after us we were done eating before he got his food 20 dollar fill up might have fed one of grandkid real small peices of chicken going to rally’s to get finish filling upParking: Plenty of parking couple people I can understand with service like that
