I went through the drive thru yesterday to get my son a tender meal. I sat there for 5 minutes at the speaker asking if anyone was there. I then pulled up to the window to see if maybe the drive thru speaker was broken. The large rude black lady with eyeglasses and a headset walked right by me at the window. She then proceeded out the side door to deliver an order to a customer that had obviously been told to pull up. She started yelling at me to “pull back around” rude as hell. I left and went to Popeyes. That “lady” needs to be fired.

We went to KFC in Glasgow for a quick dinner before work. We ordered the new Chizza combo and a famous bowl. The woman at the window was very quick to park every single car that came through the drive thru because she "had to watch her number". As we parked there were 3 other cars complaining about a nearly 20 minute wait for their orders We waited for almost 20 minutes ourselves, and we had to go in and get the food ourselves and it was setting there ready as we walked in. The food was only decent at best. The chicken chunks in the famous bowl were HUGE nearly chicken tender size and mad either quite hard to eat, especially with a plastic spork. The Chizza was ok, I suppose. Looked absolutely nothing like the images and had virtually no cheese on it at all. I do NOT recommend visiting the KFC in Glasgow. Poorly ran restaraunt that produces poor quality food with their barely functioning staff.

Was very poor customer service. Had to wait for a while till someone finally waited on us. Was there tonight . Got the 20 pieces that's to server 2 people...Mashed potatoes withgravy , macaroni and cheese, Cole slaw was in small little containers. Was for 2 people. And had chicken with it and biscuits.The tables were so nasty and the floors. This place has really gone down.will never go back there again.Left there went to Ralleys got hamburger and fries.Was very disappointed with the service.Had plenty parking places. I can see why.Will never go there again.Parking: Definitely had plenty parking. It's very clear to see why.Glasgow location

This place was the nicest place when then remodeled years ago . Now it is a dump. Trash all over floors slippery. Cashier was chewing a ?straw? couldn't understand him and he got 1/2 order wrong. 2/18/24

Went thru drive thru. 8 piece bucket, with 2 sides, excellent. The family size brownie is great! Decadent! Service was very good.
me and my sister went to kfc, and it was going good until we noticed they forgot her mini cake. no biggie right? well i went up to the register and waited to be served, the 2 people who was working had seen me multiple times and ignored me. eventually we had to get my nana to go speak to her. very rude and impatient. one lady even gave us a dirty look and scoffed. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
