“Went to Arby’s in Greenup, Ky this evening and there were only 2 women working and there were 8 or more large orders on the screens between the drive thru and dine-in. These 2 women did an amazing job working together with positive attitudes. The food was great and hot. I made sure to let them know what a great job they were doing with being so busy and it being just the 2 of them! Kudos to these 2 ladies!”

My daughters baby shower was today and it started at 10am this lady came in to make all the pizzas early just for me. Now if that isn’t going beyond for customer I do not know what is. “Even with 10 mins to spare before I'm late for work I can always count on this Wendys for a great hot breakfast that doesnt taste like yesterday leftovers that has been sitting in grease all night we all know what im talking about. The staff is always smiling very friendly and the service is fast and thats what you want when you are always running late.”

“Last Saturday, my mother and I stopped by to check this place out. My mother ordered country fried steak and I order the open face turkey. When the food came to the table it looked wonderful. Mother's steak was delicious. My turkey was awful. The gravy was extremely salty. I couldn't eat it. The compassionate waitress took it back and put in my new order of soup beans and fried potatoes. The beans were burnt. The potatoes that were to be homemade should have been honestly represented as what they were...deep fried home fries. I didn't go for a third time. The server removed my food and we settled the bill for Mother's food. This is what upsets me. I am a chef myself. I am not judging this business. I am disappointed. If you call things Pappy's or Mama's or Granny's anything it is expected to be from scratch or made with the best ingredients and with real effort. I looked around at the 3 tables that were occupied around us. These patrons were eating burgers or fish. The food looked like IQF from Sysco freezer products. Unless Pappy's Mamaw taught him how to order on the internet I would bet safely that none of this food was "homemade". Deli sliced meat, packaged gravy that is over reduced, stale sliced bread, and the green beans were a casualty of missing ham or bacon or even butter sweated onions. Pappy, contact me and I will show you how to cook like my great Granny showed me. I do come at a solid price but we, the people, deserve it!”

“You cannot get any better local food in a comfortable environment with amazing service! My little guy ordered a hotdog, I got a ram cheeseburger and my husband got the fish tender dinner and an order of hot pepper bites. No disappointment here! All of it was incredibly fresh and delicious! We will for sure be back to try their pizzas and pulled pork sandwiches!”

“The first time we had trouble with a food mixup but they came in clutch with not charging for an item; it turned out to be very flavorful along with our other dishes. The second time around we had a much better time the food was delicious and staff was attentive I left full& happy we will continue coming.”

“I know the holidays are hard on service workers. but my 75 year old mother ordered from here once a week always. she gets her and dad antiposta salads every week. they messed them up. I know it was not in purpose. but my mom asked that they please send the right one and was denied this. they said they would but only at 10 pm and only if she drove half way to meet them. this was a 8pm this was her dinner. they go to bed by 10. I am so disappointed in them. she didn't get to eat last night. I want them to do something about this and I don't want them to be rude to them again. I hope you can fix this because they love your place. and this is not right. I expect to hear from you. period”

“You cannot go wrong with a Scoop Dogg and Broccoli Cheese Bites! Plenty of outdoor seating for the family to enjoy a great meal! Friendly staff and a super CLEAN kitchen! They even have a drive thru! If you haven’t visited Scoop Dogg Dairy Bar… You are missing out! I highly recommend!”
