“I was not a fan of the ribs at all, and I think the sauce was what I didn't like about them. The meat was tender and juicy, but the flavor of the sauce kind of ruined it. Everything else was great though. The baked potato salad tasted like exactly that, and the hot slaw had the spice but somehow didn't really have the heat. It was still very good, and you can always add more heat, but you can't really take it away. The pulled pork was very good and came as a very good size portion. The cornbread is more like a German pancake type than a thick cake type. I thought it was very good. I got some burgoo to go, so I'll update this after we try it. It looks like a Brunswick stew type dish. All in all, it was very good with good prices and great service. Can't wait to go back and try something else!“

“We purchased Pulled Pork, Chicken Halves, Cole Slaw, Baked Beans, and Potato Salad for my son’s 18th birthday party. Everything was DELICIOUS and everyone complemented how good everything was. The Chicken Halves were a HUGE hit, the meat just fell off the bone. So glad we decided to purchase from Knockum Hill.“

“Had a business lunch that was catered by Soul Fuel. Phenomenal BBQ! They showed up in the BBQ Firetruck, and got right to work, setting up to feed around 70 people over 3 shifts. The pulled pork was my favorite, but many also raved about the chicken. The sides were all fantastic and they truly were professional, prepared, and punctual. They both had great attitudes and aimed to make everything PERFECT. Will definitely be calling them again to cater another meal. Great folks and great food!“

“Dick’s is a very friendly atmosphere with most people, Bruce & Mindy are some of the best owners/bartenders I’ve been around. They’re very efficient and attentive to all the customers, great prices and great fun. They are always coming up with ways to entertain their customers. I do love when I get to go! “New to Clarksville, and it was my first barbecue stop. All I ordered was real good. However, the smoke mac & cheese was not smoked they were runny. However, the the ribs were tender and the wings were smoked to perfection. The brisket had a good flavor, but not as tender and juicy as the ribs and chicken. The greens were tender and the baked beans were delicious. The place is spacious with a lot of potential. The staff/cook was pleasant.“

“Food was amazing & customer service was amazing. Overall, I enjoyed my experience. The only thing I wish could had been different was when you first come in and the young lady who sat us down grab our bread. However, between us walking from the front and going to our table, the young lady was talking directly over it and after that I didn’t want to eat it anymore.“
