Ordered a Polar Pizza, then called day of to see if it was ready. I was told over the phone that it would be put in a bag in the cooler, to just come in and grab it. So I did. Grabbed the bag, took it out of the cooler, took it to a table to open up and inspect it. Then closed it up. The employees were present the entire time, talking and joking behind the counter. It’s not like a was a ninja, I was very obvious with my actions. Made it to my truck to put the pizza in when an employee bursts out the door and shouts at me, like I just robbed the place. I was chastised for not letting anyone know. I took a few deep breaths, thought about my life choices, and decided to just leave it be and drive away. Congrats on ensuring I will never visit this location again.

This place never keep things in stock, I wish they would get things together at this store. It's horrible an they take to long to help the customers out that is waiting to order on the inside.

Very disappointing. We are huge fans of BR. We have given the Hoptown BR 3 tries and each time we have been so frustrated. The service is lacking and the flavors are slim. The ice crystals on top of the ice cream was not appealing in the least. When the server was scoping out the ice cream - he sat it in the counter and his sleeve was covered in more ice cream than the cone ?

This place never has anything in stock. People taking your order are hard of hearing or just don't speak English. Half the time, the person supposed to be taking orders is standing by the front door, talking to friends, not doing her job like today.....

We went here and we ask what flavor we wanted and they say "we don't have that flavor" after the third or fourth time we picked a flavor and they told us that they don't have that flavor we eventually said "what flavor do you have?" They tell us The flavors they do have... We complain to corporate About the place lacking ice cream flavors also the lack of communication and they said that they contacted the Baskin-Robbins here and they said they (This Baskin-Robbins Restaurant) will contact us about our issues with their service, but we never got a phone call from them

First time visit, won't be back. 4 staff sitting at a table on break, 2 people behind the counter looked at me 4 times and ignored me as I'm standing there waiting to order some ice cream. Only 2 customers in the dining room and no one at the drive thru - company definitely wasting money on staff that does not want to work. I walked out.

I ordered a cake online on April 7th to pick up on April 13th. Called in the morning of April 13th and they didn’t even look at orders. They made the wrong cake, handwriting was horrible. Ordered a cappuccino blast while waiting. Took 35 minutes to make as drive thru takes priority over inside customers. Do not waste your time or money.

I ordered 3 Bavarian cream donuts.. I got cake donuts dipped in powdered sugar ... Then they gave me 3 filled powdered donuts and said they were Bavarian cream but it was some kind of white stuff... They sure need some help.

Ugh, As a treat we drove out of our way to buy two large original cappuccino blasts. The stickers on each cup reads original CB. Surprise! Both blasts were made wrong. We were given two caramel blasts instead of original. We only like the original cappuccino blast. As an added bonus, I absolutely hate caramel. The taste of caramel makes me gag. There is nothing quite like the overwhelming feeling of disappointment a person gets from driving completely out of their way, wasting time and gas, to spend hard earned money on an overpriced drink that goes straight in the trash after only one nauseating sip. Thanks Baskin Robbins!
