Ordered a Polar Pizza, then called day of to see if it was ready. I was told over the phone that it would be put in a bag in the cooler, to just come in and grab it. So I did. Grabbed the bag, took it out of the cooler, took it to a table to open up and inspect it. Then closed it up. The employees were present the entire time, talking and joking behind the counter. This place never keep things in stock, I wish they would get things together at this store. It's horrible an they take to long to help the customers out that is waiting to order on the inside.

Very disappointing. We are huge fans of BR. We have given the Hoptown BR 3 tries and each time we have been so frustrated. The service is lacking and the flavors are slim. The ice crystals on top of the ice cream was not appealing in the least. When the server was scoping out the ice cream - he sat it in the counter and his sleeve was covered in more ice cream than the cone ?
