What started as a great place to eat has gone downhill, and hopefully, the management can get it turned around. The last 2 times I went there, the staff was more interested in playing around with each other than to ensure that the food was prepared correctly and that the menu items were available. Do better. Food tasted alright, but customers shouldn't have to choose alternative options because food is not prepared.

Food was average for Chipotle. We were partially taken care of far as burritos being prepared before the girl started a conversation with an employee or manager leaving. Someone else noticed us standing there and took over. Than we waited on previous employee to do her job. The employee who had finished our order finally said something to her only to receive verbal abuse which was then forwarded onto me and my family because we were asking her to perform her job. There are more details, needless to say I was offended and the likelihood of my and my family returned ng are zero.

All I have to say is I have never had anything bad at chipotle until this location, twice in a row. It was a complete mess. Everything was mixed with everything else. The guacamole was brown and they sold it to my husband. I cannot believe they even charged for it because it was so brown. It was disgusting. I was mad when I saw it. And the people they have working there??? Nope. This place better step it up real fast Or it will go out of business quickly. As far as I’m concerned, I won’t visit that location ever again.

I’m very very very very disappointed in the food mainly the guacamole I usually love the guac but this guac taste like bag guac or something is wrong it after every night I taste the after taste of the guac it’s so sad and disappointing I drove 30 minutes after I’ve been craving it for days idk if it’s because I came first thing in the morning and it was guac from the night before or what.
