Food was average for Chipotle. We were partially taken care of far as burritos being prepared before the girl started a conversation with an employee or manager leaving. Someone else noticed us standing there and took over. Than we waited on previous employee to do her job. The employee who had finished our order finally said something to her only to receive verbal abuse which was then forwarded onto me and my family because we were asking her to perform her job. What started as a great place to eat has gone downhill, and hopefully, the management can get it turned around. The last 2 times I went there, the staff was more interested in playing around with each other than to ensure that the food was prepared correctly and that the menu items were available. Do better. Food tasted alright, but customers shouldn't have to choose alternative options because food is not prepared.
