I’ve lived in Hoptown since I was 7 and I’m 20 years old now. This has always been my go-to location for subway in the area, whether doordashing delivery, pickup, or ordering in store, I am always extremely satisfied with the freshness of my meal as well as how quickly the kind lovely staff makes it for me. Everyone was very nice. However, the two gentlemen that waited on me are not fluent in English at all. Communication was an issue, but we got it done. I ordered a tuna sandwich which was perfect. I ordered a #99 the grand slam ham. It was supposed to have 33% more ham. I don't think so. The young man making it was confused I think that he was new, which is fine. Food is prepared and taste as advertised. You get what you expect when your craving subway. This location does not accept any coupons or honor some commercially advertised promotions. Not sure how the owner/management is able to do that, but I do know there's nothing the staff can do but apologize for it. Also, make sure you check your receipt.
