“The food is absolutely delicious, authentic Mexican! Of all the Mexican restaurants in the area, La Cabana is by far my favorite. The owner is there in House every day, always coming out and talking to the customers. Also…They do so much for the community. If for no other reason, this is a reason for you to patronize this restaurant. But like I said, the food is so good I have never had a bad meal here. It’s hard to pick just one favorite. EVERYTHING here is so good! The food, the service, the atmosphere, everything. And I tell you what they go all out for Christmas. Not just decorations, but community giving as well. If I could give it more than five stars, I would. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“The store needs to be updated desperately. The food is hit or miss. It's good in a pinch, but it's definitely nothing that is impressive. However it is one of the few restaurants that is available through DoorDash, so I'm giving it a higher rating.

We went at the right time there was no wait. The employee was great and friendly!! Everything looked fresh and well stocked!! The place was clean and organized!! All around I would recommend this place for good food this summer!!It's a place you can eat good food and still eat healthy!! It will fill you up but you want need a nap after lol unless you just want to take one that is!!!!”

“My husband and I loved this place! It's pinnacle southern cooking and hospitality. Everything was fresh and delicious. We had breakfast and picked up oreo pie! Everything was so filling and lovely! If we ever go back to Red River Gorge, we'll definitely go there again.”

“Great food at a great value! My daughter throughly enjoyed the nacho cheese dog topped with jalapeños and a soft pretzel with cheese. My husband liked his chili slaw dog but said his second one, the Hawaiian dog, was the best of the two! For my order, I requested no buns and they were happy to accommodate! I had the furnace mountain dog (no bun): a sausage dog with onions and peppers and the granny mopin dog (no bun): another sausage dog with sauerkraut and barbecue! Both were great but I liked the granny mopin best. I will be back to try the Reuben dog! Also there is a walk up window. The window is on the front of building where the hours and open sign are posted. There is no “walk-up sign” but you can order there if you don’t want to go thru the drive thru. We ate at the picnic tables outside.

Kid-friendliness: So many options a kid should find something they like on the menu. Even if it’s just the plain hot dog!”
