“Buffet hardly has anything on it, a pizza every now and then. You'd think they'd be ready for service and them with a buffet. No cheese for the salad bar, which that could be a supplier problem, but if I had a restaurant I'd get it at a store before I done without cheese in a pizza place. All they had was parmesan.Nobody ask if you wanted a refill, a whole crowd in the kitchen being loud and handling filthy talk. Just a kind of poor experience. Definitely not the pizza hut it used to be. For a buffet I'd just go to Giovanni in Richmond. Plenty pizza, plenty salad, and great people.“

The call center has always messed up (once not even finalizing the order to be sent to the store), and then the store fixes things for me.Selecting to speak to the manager usually gets me to a non manager (like I want).
