“I took a weekend trip back home to Lexington and we got a bunch of Archa Nine take out to share. Overall pretty good and I'd go back to try more! Ob Woon Sen was the star, it was fantastic! Close second was chicken satay. It's not tender and juicy because it's super thin strips of breast meat like all satay but has a good bite to it and the peanut sauce was superb! Pad Thai was good for what it is, and I know Pad Thai is a very polarizing dish. This is the wetter, tomato based version, and it was a good version of that. I like the drier tamarind forward version personally so I wouldn't order it again but if you're a tomato-type person definitely try it! Crying Tiger was the only disappointment. The meat was cooked perfectly medium rare which was great but it's a tough cut of meat, didn't chew well and really had very little flavor on the meat itself. Everything came out through the dipping sauces which were all great but I think they missed an opportunity to infuse some deliciousness into the beef itself. I was going to order Kee Mao but my family convinced me to change at the last minute. Don't listen to family. The two locations have different menus, so be sure you have the right one pulled up before you start picking your food. I was super excited about fresh Summer rolls and lemongrass chicken and then found out I couldn't have them on this side of town :(“
“When our planned dinner location was closed we rapidly googled something close by our hotel and settled on this hole in the wall sushi and cocktail bar. We were very satisfied with this choice. First the food was very basic, very well executed, and came super quick. Definitely try the Hawaiian Cucumber Wraps for a low carb treat. The service was unreal and very much personal. Whether it was “Grandma” (nothing meant here, but it just seemed like a family working together and she was the oldest (60-70) female working and reminded me of my Grandma) moving from table to table checking on you, or the line staff moving your food and drinks out fast it was great. The drinks were well made and cold. Price point was great for down town.“
“I got the unagi bowl. Was very excited because I’ve loved unagi since childhood. Unfortunately, for the first time in my life, there were bones in the unagi that I had to hock up or I would’ve choked. In the about 33 years that I’ve eaten unagi, I’ve never had a bone. This was multiple bones. I ordered on doordash, they immediately refunded me, but I wasn’t sure if they’d pass along the info to the restaurant, so I’m writing here, so other people can be aware and be careful.“
“I came in from out of town and a friend took me there. A total hole in the wall, but I have to say: SOME OF THE BEST THAI FOOD IVE EVER EATEN. Perhaps even the absolute best. If you don't like spicy, you'll need to ask for it less spicy.“
“We couldn't lace our order online to pick after trying and calling the store many times. So the young lady who answered the phone took our order because we were trying to create our own bowl. We were told that you can't do that on a pick, p but it's on the pickup online menu. Needless to say, she did allow us to create our bowl, and it was made for us. There were three bowls, and each bowl was missing some of our vegetables, but overall, the food was good. Just please fix your website. Don't have create your own bowl online if you're not going to allow you to checkout.“
“Jeremy took amazing care of us on our anniversary. Another restaurant booked us on a night they weren’t even open so we came here already disappointed. But Jeremy was kind, warm, and had us laughing by the time we left. P.F Chang’s is lucky to have such an awesome server. Thank you for a perfect anniversary experience, Jeremy!“
“I asked locals in Lexington where the best Chinese food could be found. They said Dragon City. They were not wrong. It was made to order and divine! I got sweet and sour chicken and crab ragoons. The ragoons were not overly sweet, which I loved. It came with a veggie spring roll full of cabbage and fried rice. Great food, I couldn’t eat it all, so I put it in the air fret to heat up when I got home and it was even better. The restaurant is small and not much to talk about. The staff were very friendly. The food was divine!!Vegan, vegetarian optionsOk on kid friendly scaleNot really wheel chair accessible, you could get one in but not down the hallway. Best to pick up a take out order or door dash if you use a wheelchair.“
“Absolutely one of, if not the best restaurant in the Lexington area! Affordable pricing and fantastic quality. We have been working our way down the menu over the past month and everything we have gotten we have enjoyed! Me and my partner also have a handful of dietary restrictions due to Celiac Disease, and this has been the safest place we have ever eaten. 95% of the items can be made gluten free (even egg rolls!). I cannot say enough great things about this place! We come multiple times a week and if you try it you will not be disappointed!“
“Taste 10/10 - Chicken Pad Thai. Although the medium spice level was a bit hotter than mediums I’ve ordered elsewhereFriendliness 15/10 - Owner (?) is a wonderful and welcoming, and offered my toddler a full sized Thai chocolate bar after assuring she had no allergiesPrice 8/10 - Portion somewhat small for the priceI’ll definitely make a return trip with my husband to try other enticing menu items!“
“This is honestly one of the best places to go eat in Lexington. It’s so close to campus too and it has healthy options which is rare so close to campus. I could eat here everyday!!!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free (everything) and vegetarian options“
